The Retirement Fund Incorporated was not pressured into approving a RM3.95bil loan to SRC International Sdn Bhd despite a handwritten note by Datuk Seri Najib Razak who agreed that the loan should be given, the High Court heard.
On Tuesday, the 66-year-old witness told the court that she received a letter by hand from SRC International on June 3, 2011. The letter also carried a side note handwritten by Najib, which was meant for her as KWAP CEO that read"bersetuju dengan cadangan ini ".
True but remember that Naijees had goons on his payroll. No approval and he'd send them to intimidate people. Those who didn't go along faced severe repercussions. You think Jamaluddin Jarjis' death was some kind of accident with Naijees being the first to arrive at the scene?

Why don’t u comment on the why u got involved with SRC? Was it a great investment? Rate it on a scale of 1-10. Also say why with incomplete document u just sent money. Also, comment on why u didn’t check on where the money was going?
who on earth is that stupid to approve such loan. they are not clerk, they are directors.
If you are not compelled, why did you provide the facility then? On what basis? Since the FID already sounded the alarm bell
