Which means they should have stopped raising them last year when Trump said they should be raising them.

Yup ... I would think so too because we all know Fed is part of Wall St, works for Wall Street & Goldman Sachs. They must keep cheap credit flowing to prevent the stock market bubble from bursting. The Fed has intent of really reversing QE and hurt Wall St.

They will reduce rates because Wall Street and Big Banks run the economy. Fed is a bunch of puppets pretending to be neutral. If you want things to change pull all your money out of stocks and be debt free and buy hard assets like Gold and Real Estate.
