Ms Ley said it provided "real opportunity to remove some of the green tape around environmental approvals" while maintaining the integrity of the laws.
Why stop there, lend the Treasury to the banks, the hospital to the health insurance industry, it is tougher who should control the national parks, would it be mining, lumber or real estate... I'm sure they would all be able to work out a way to manage these for us.
