For two and a half years pensioner Julie Pearn has been paying her mortgage, whilst having to watch a squatter slowly destroy her property. 9News

Ms Pearn has taken her case to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, only to be help up by red tape as there was no formal rental agreement to begin with.

Ms Pearn is suffering from skin cancer and a heart condition, and believes that stress is taking a toll on her health.visited the Deniliquin property last week, there was visible damage to the outside of the property.

This is disgusting, fancy to treat someone so badly who has allowed you go reside in their home and treat it as a garbage tip! This woman is a bludger on society! 😡

U need some big mates to get in there a physically throw her out with her stuff on the street and if thress too much difficulty hog tie her and throw her out like that

The world has gone crazy when a decent person loses their home to a vile woman like this. What can be done to help Julie? This is so unjust.

this is a bloody disgrace and Government's need to wake up to the inept laws - owners should have all the rights and squatters NONE.

I would have stopped paying it then they would have been kicked out!
