The Nigerian Union of Allied Health Professionals , has urged the federal government to release a uniform guideline for the appointment of Chief Medical Directors in the interest of peace and for the overall development of the health sector.
Obinna said that if federal government unveils uniformed guideline that the appointment of CMD would be opened to all qualified and competent individuals irrespective of their professional callings. Obinna listed some of his achievements to include establishment of additional unit branches of the association, securing of call duty relativity allowance for deserving members, acquisition of landed property for the building of its National Secretariat in Abuja among others .
