Labor MP Peter Khalil has fiercely criticised the federal government’s fiscal management over the past seven years as well as their plans to bring income tax cuts forward in the 2021-2021 budget.

“The government should be putting money in the hands of people who are going to spend it,” he told Sky News.

“It’s not true, on all of the statistical records and the objective facts when you’re talking about putting money into the hands of people the third state goes to the richest or the highest earner … who on the evidence … are less likely to spend that money in the community. “Let’s be very clear about this, debt has almost tripled under their watch over the past seven years, pre-pandemic, and also they’ve almost doubled the deficit pre-pandemic.

That’s why the ALP are in opposition. They don’t understand what is good and what is bad in economics.

Oh dear pathetic peter used to be KRudds security advisor and a member of some multicultural committee talk fest, no doubt another fucken Rudd flop...extremely well qualified to talk economics

Not a myth, more like an outrageous LIE. The facts are that LIEberals couldn't manage a lemonade stand without tax incentives & handouts or screwing their workers.

The Liberals have always been the best economic managers, especially in times of economic crisis.

AustraliaIsOfficiallyBroke thanks to these incompetent FLOGS
