If we could send endless amounts of money to Ukraine; surely we can help at least to the lower income people of America!!

Really '... it's impossible to get the precise income data on the individual borrowers who applied because the department did not collect all of that information in the process.' Seems like this would have been good information to have before coming to such a conclusion.
