Kalvin Phillips was caught on camera sticking his middle finger up at West Ham United supporters following the Hammers' defeat to Newcastle United. The on-loan Manchester City midfielder has struggled to impress for David Moyes' side this season, losing his place in the England squad.
Alexander Isak pulled one back for the Magpies from 12 yards. A few minutes later, the Sweden international found a pocket of space between Phillips and Tomas Soucek in the middle of the park before threading Harvey Barnes in behind the West Ham backline. Once on the coach, he turned and aimed his middle finger at the West Ham fans to which they then shouted, "get out". Speaking to reporters after the game, Moyes conceded that Phillips' introduction 'didn't work'.
