NParks revealed that the trail is supported by a “C2C mobile application, which makes use of interactive augmented reality elements to provide users with a curated walking experience, as well as an online trail guide”.
By next year, users of the app can develop their own curated trails, which they can share for others to experience.It is part of the first phase of works completed for the 150km RIR, which is expected to be progressively completed by 2035.
