Pag-IBIG OKs P815M for Rizal housing project

THE Home Development Mutual Fund , or Pag-IBIG, approved on Friday an P815-million loan as part of the government's Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing Program.In a statement on Friday, Pag-IBIG said around 17 medium- to high-rise condominium buildings will be constructed in San Mateo, Rizal.The project will provide 4,670 units for Pag-IBIG members in the area.

'I am pleased to report that there is a consistent growth of proponents partnering with Pag-IBIG Fund in building sustainable and self-sufficient communities through the 4PH Program. Buyer-beneficiaries of the 4PH will now have access to more affordable and decent homes,' Acuzar said in a statement.Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene Acosta said the fund's members stand to benefit from the 4PH program.
