DO not push National Higher Education Fund loan defaulters too hard but give them time to settle their debts, said Anwar Ibrahim. The PKR president was commenting on PTPTN’s announcement earlier of its plans to collect on the loans by preventing defaulters from renewing their passports, road tax, and driving and business licences.
