Nicholas Murray told the court in Philadelphia that the drug Risperdal had made him grow breasts

A Pennsylvania jury has ruled that US pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson must pay $8bn in damages and interest for failing to warn that a psychiatric drug could cause breast growth in men.

"The company is confident will be overturned," the statement said, and "will be immediately moving to set aside this excessive and unfounded verdict".

No way will J&J pay out 8 billion dollars to one individual. This side affect has been know about for years. Gynecomastia, the condition caused by Risperidone is well documented. It also causes extreme weight gain. Nasty drug.
